2026 Returns

• Deadline: 14 calendar days from receipt of the package
• Product condition: unused, in its original packaging
• Procedure: email to contact@tealer420.com with your order number
• Return costs: at your expense unless the product is defective (in which case we will cover it)
• Refund: 5 business days after we receive the package

Our return process is intentionally simple. Here are the 4 steps:

   Email our support To contact@tealer420.com with your order number, the reason (optional), and a bank account statement if the payment cannot be refunded to the original payment method.

   Response within 24 business hours We will send you the return address + a prepaid shipping label (if applicable, e.g., product defect).

   Return of the package Return the product in its original packaging. Keep your proof of shipment.

   Verification and refund Upon receipt, we will verify within 24 hours. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

• The price of the product returned
• The initial outward shipping costs (in case of a full return - no costs for partial returns)
• Return costs only in the event of a product defect or an error on our part

• Standard return fees (except for product defects)
• Opened or used products (for hygiene and freshness reasons)
• Freebies included in the pack (must also be returned in the event of a full return)
• Products purchased during flash sales / clearance (mentioned on the product page)

Express procedure

1. Photo of the product + email to contact@tealer420.com within 48 hours of receipt
2. We send you a prepaid return label
3. Choice: full refund OR replacement (your choice)
4. Action within 48 hours, costs 100% covered by us

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of return shipping costs.

In the event of a dispute, you may use the consumer mediator free of charge: economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso or use the European platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
