Hereinafter referred to as the Seller.

Subject - These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between the Seller and any natural person of legal age (hereinafter the Customer) making a purchase on the site. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.

Products - The products are described with the greatest possible accuracy. All our products comply with French regulations: delta-9 THC less than 0.3%, in accordance with the DGCCRF. Sale strictly reserved for persons of legal age (18+). Products are neither medical nor therapeutic, nor intended to diagnose/treat any disease.

Ordering - Orders are placed exclusively online. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order for a legitimate reason (non-payment, fraud, regulatory non-compliance).

Price - Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes, excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are specified before confirmation.

Payment:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay
• 100% secure payments (Shopify Payments + Stripe, PCI-DSS standard)
• No banking data stored by us

Shipping to Metropolitan France via Colissimo, Mondial Relay, or Chronopost. Indicative timeframe: 24 to 48 business hours from dispatch. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs which remain their responsibility (unless the product is defective).

The products are covered by the legal guarantees provided for by law:

• Guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code)
• Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)

The Seller cannot be held liable for the use the Customer makes of the products. The Customer acknowledges having received all the information necessary to make their choice with full knowledge of the facts.

The processing of the Client's personal data is governed by our  Privacy Policy, in accordance with the GDPR. You have, in particular, the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of your data. See also the GDPR page.

These GTC are governed by French law (without prejudice to the Czech law applicable to the Seller). In the event of a dispute, please favor an amicable settlement at contact@tealer420.com. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the courts of Besançon shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may make free use of the consumer mediator: economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso or the European platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
