Retention periods
- Customer account: duration of the contractual relationship + 3 years after last activity
- Billing data: 10 years (legal accounting obligation)
- Marketing data: 3 years after last contact or until unsubscribing
- Cookies: 13 months maximum
- Technical logs: 6 months

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with:
- Shopify (hosting, order management)
- Stripe (payment)
- Colissimo / Mondial Relay / Chronopost (delivery)
- Klaviyo (marketing emails - with consent)
- Gorgias (customer support / after-sales service - ticket and conversation processing)
- Phytocontrol (lab analyses, anonymized data)
- Competent authorities in the event of a legal obligation
Your Rights (GDPR)
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access: obtain the list of all the data we have on you
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Erasure (right to be forgotten): request the deletion of your data
- Restriction: limit the use of certain data
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format (JSON/CSV)
- Objection: object to processing (notably for marketing purposes)
- Withdraw consent at any time (without retroactive effect)

Security and transfers
Security - Technical and organizational measures: SSL/TLS encryption, secure hosting with Shopify (PCI-DSS, SOC 2), strong authentication, restricted access to personal data.
Transfers outside the EU - Some service providers (Shopify, Stripe) are based outside the EU. These transfers are governed by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
